Balaklava (the city of Sevastopol, Russian Federation)
Balaklava municipal district is the intracity municipality of Sevastopol, located on the southwest coast of the Crimea. Balaklava Black Sea Bay is a former submarine base. Now Balaklava is the popular resort. The population is 27.5 thousand people. The signing of the cooperation Agreement between Sestroretsk and Balaklava took place on February 4, 2016.
